Yes, you will need to re-submit your documents if they require updating based on your current personal status. Additionally, revised documents may be needed if your application was initially unsuccessful. We periodically delete older documents to manage memory and ensure we have the most current information for each applicant.

Most contracts range from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 3 years, depending on your employment visa and/or work permit requirements. Some positions, such as those in the healthcare sector, may come with automatic residency or permanent residency options.

Job security is best maintained by adhering to the Employer's company policies and acting responsibly throughout your employment.

For Filipino applicants, all job orders are thoroughly vetted and approved by our Migrant Worker Offices overseas, ensuring job security for the duration of the contract.

For other nationalities, we encourage you to exercise due diligence and caution in verifying the details of your employment.

Some employers offer internal transfer options, while others do not. Please check directly with your employer for details on their specific policies. As a general rule, transfers between different companies are not allowed, except in cases of locational transfers within the same employer.

Yes, you may apply to multiple countries. However, please ensure that you meet the qualifications for each position and country, as each has its own unique requirements.

For countries where placement fees are not allowed, such as the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and others, you will not be required to pay any placement fees.

For most other countries, a placement fee may apply. Verified Job Orders permit the collection of up to one (1) month’s salary, in compliance with Section 56, Placement Fee, DMW Memorandum No. 1, Series 2023.

In some cases, employers may not cover the cost of work permits and tickets, particularly if these are not required in their country. In such instances, applicants may be required to cover these expenses themselves. Financial assistance for these costs is available exclusively to Filipino applicants.

  • NBI/Police/Barangay clearance

  • PSA-authenticated birth certificate

For international applicants, fees and requirements may vary depending on the country of origin and the specific Employer’s requirements. Please refer to the job brief or contact us for further clarification.
