FAQ for employers

Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to Global Destiny — your recruitment partner in building great teams.
This section answers common questions about our hiring process, timelines, and how we connect you with qualified, pre-screened talent so you can focus on growing your business.

We offer global recruitment solutions tailored to your workforce needs — whether you're hiring from the Philippines or from other nationalities.

For Filipino hires, we partner with licensed and accredited Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) to ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. With our extensive knowledge and experience, we manage the entire process on your behalf, including:

  • Drafting and coordination of Job Orders

  • Candidate screening, vetting, and testing

  • Visa and document processing

  • Philippine government clearances and insurance

  • Travel arrangements and deployment

For non-Filipino candidates, we work with our trusted international networks and partners to follow local regulations and visa requirements for each source country.

Our goal is to provide qualified, ready-to-work candidates — wherever you need them — with efficiency, transparency, and cultural fit.

The first step is to sign a Recruitment Agreement with us! From there, we take on the responsibility of ensuring your Job Order/Manpower Requirements are verified and approved by the relevant authorities in your country and for the nationalities you are recruiting.

We’ll collaborate with your team to prepare and finalize all necessary documentation, ensuring that it meets the regulatory standards of both countries and aligns with your company’s values and objectives.

For international deployment, the employer is required to provide the following documents:

  • Business License (proof of legal operation)

  • Accreditation Certificates from Immigration and Labor (allowing the employment of foreign workers)

  • Job Order Letter, which should include:

    • Position(s) to be filled

    • Quantity of workers required

    • Salary and applicable taxes

    • Accommodation and other benefits

    • Job location

For Filipino workers, additional documents may include:

  • Company Profile with Summary Form

  • Recruitment Agreement

  • Special Power of Attorney

  • Your Company’s Employment Agreement

  • Addendum to Employment Agreement

  • Passport Copy of Our President (we will provide this)

  • Global Destiny License/Documentation (we will provide this)

Additional documents may be required depending on the deploying country’s regulations.

The processing time for job orders varies depending on the country and the Migrant Workers' Office.

For some countries, especially those in Europe and others that wish to employ workers from Asia or regions outside the Philippines, the government requirements are not as strict, and employers may not need to submit a Job Order or seek government approval.

For the Philippines, the processing time typically takes up to three business weeks.

We can start sending CVs at least one week after we receive the Job Order Letter, along with all required documents, including the Job Brief/Description. This allows us to align your needs with the right talent and provide you with the most qualified candidates.

For Filipino workers, in accordance with Philippine regulations, the following costs are typically chargeable to the employer:

  • Visa, including the stamping fee

  • Work Permit and Residence Permit

  • Round Trip Airfare – deployment and annual leave

  • Transportation from the Airport to the Job Site

  • DMW Processing Fee

  • OWWA Membership Fee

  • Additional Trade Test/Assessment, if required by the employer

For workers of other nationalities, costs and requirements may vary depending on the country of origin and the regulations of the deploying country. In some cases, employers may not be required to shoulder all fees.

If you're hiring non-Filipino workers and your country does not mandate employers to cover certain costs, please let us know. We are open to discussing and negotiating terms to arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement between your company, our agency (as we also need to be compensated for our services), and the applicant.

For Filipino workers, normal processing time from Job Order issuance to deployment typically takes around six (6) months, depending on the visa approval timeline, document compliance, and government processing. Once the visa is issued, deployment can usually proceed within two (2) weeks.

For international workers of other nationalities, timelines may vary based on their country’s processing requirements, the employer’s internal procedures, and the host country’s immigration rules. In some cases, processing may be faster as not all countries require additional approvals.

If you have a specific project deadline or need urgent deployment, please inform us so we can treat your requirement as a priority.

Yes, we can assist with visa applications. While we primarily provide all government-required documentation that is fully vetted and cleared, we also work with licensed Immigration Advisers who can help guide you through the visa process.

If your office requires this support, just let us know — we’ll be happy to refer you. Please note that visa assistance fees are separate and will depend on the level of service required.
